RHD Limited (BPO Unit) has a state-of-art infrastructure in Kanpur spread in a centrally air-conditioned area of 8000 square feet. The Operations Floor has a capacity of 500 seats on cube predictive dialer with blended solutions, operating in three shifts with 24x7 support system. The whole technical infrastructure has been designed as per the latest industry standards.

We have designed our voice architecture considering the need of high availability and high quality. We use proven Cisco ICM VoIP technology for our voice services. This approach enables us to quickly scale up our operations for individual clients with easy and inexpensive addition and partition of new clients to our infrastructure. Our robust infrastructure enables us to cater to the exclusive and high end needs of our customers in a seamless manner, leading to faster uptime, better transparency and lower costs with our proven capabilities and deep domain expertise. We ensure that our organization's functionalities are aligned with client's expectations.
